Tiki Barber's brother Ronde played with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and he thinks for the first time since his brother was a member of the team, they are a Super Bowl contender, because of Tom Brady.

Barber made an appearance on the Scoop B Radio Podcast, to talk about all things including Brady going to Florida:

“It’s funny. I talked to my brother who actually plays golf with him and he’s like, ‘He’s the chillest dude you could ever imagine.’ Down there in Tampa, but when he first signed I was like, ‘What does this mean?’…it’s simple bro. For the first time in a long time; maybe since Jon Gruden was there, back in early 2000-02 or ’03 when they won the Super Bowl, people care about the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. They’re a conversation point. There’s an expectation above mediocrity; like significantly above mediocrity for this Tampa Bay Buccaneers team. That alone, is worth signing Tom Brady.”

Brady won six Super Bowls with the Patriots, but the hope is that it isn't the end. There is a real belief with Brady on board now, the Buccaneers can win another Super Bowl or two.

Barber also said he loves Bruce Arians and can't wait to see how the offense looks with Brady under center. Barber also knows Arians has a laid-back approach, which is a big change from what Brady was used to with the New England Patriots. It will be a great couple of years as Brady winds down his career.

Even with the laid back approach from Arians, don't let it fool you, as the first goal is winning football games.
