Tim Tebow is a lot of things to a lot of different people. Some think he didn't receive a fair shake in the NFL. Others believe he was continuously given too many chances just because he was Tim Tebow. Either way, he's about to enter the Hall of Fame.

No. No. Not that one, silly. The Florida Sports Hall of Fame, which does make sense given how impacting Tim Tebow was while the quarterback of the Florida Gators.

Also entering this Hall of Fame class is Chipper Jones, Warrick Dunn and nine-time LPGA Tour winner Colleen Walker, a Jacksonville native, will be honored posthumously.

“Without question, this is one of the most talented, eclectic and accomplished classes in Florida Sports Hall of Fame history,” Florida Sports Hall of Fame President Barry Smith said in a statement. “The contributions these individuals have made within their chosen sport, to their communities, the nation and indeed on a worldwide stage, demand recognition, and we are honored to welcome them as the newest members of the Florida Sports Hall of Fame.”

Tebow, jokes aside. did help the Gators win two national titles and was named the Heisman Trophy winner in 2007. That is a big deal. Not to mention that his speech given after a loss his senior season is now immortalized as a statue.

Oddly enough, or not at all odd if you think about, Tebow is now attempt to be a baseball player.

The group will be inducted Nov. 8, in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. Congratulations to all.
