Minnesota Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards is without a doubt one of the top young players in the NBA today. As it turns out, though, the 20-year-old also has quite an arm on him.

A clip of the Timberwolves stud playing a bit of football is currently making its rounds on social media — and for good reason. Edwards threw an epic TD pass that made me think twice if that was Aaron Rodgers under center:

The Timberwolves star also had a special message for his hometown team, the Atlanta Falcons, after throwing that epic pass. Edwards said that while he loves Minnesota, he's now gunning for the QB1 post of the Falcons. He even made sure to make special mention of the same in his caption.

Edwards was obviously joking around, and it's not like the Timberwolves are going to let him go anywhere. What we can say for sure based on this brief clip, however, is that the former Georgia standout is indeed a multi-talented athlete. We all know what he can do with a basketball, but apparently, he also has quite a hidden talent for throwing the football as well. No wonder why this kid's confidence is second to none.
