Minnesota Timberwolves rookie Anthony Edwards has firmly established himself as one of the most promising talents in the NBA today. As it turns out, he's also become quite a legend when it comes to fielding interviews with the press.

Just recently, Edwards was asked about what he intends to work on during the offseason. Instead of providing a straightforward and somewhat generic response, the Timberwolves guard had a hilariously fresh take on the matter:

“I ain't telling nobody,” Edwards said, via team insider Dane Moore. “I wanna come back like Houdini.”

Edwards has emerged as a true threat on offense in what has been an impressive rookie campaign. He has had issues with his efficiency though, and the same can be said about what he brings to the table on the defensive end. Edwards is probably already well aware of his shortcomings so instead of giving an answer that most of us would expect, the Timberwolves rookie decided to hit one out of the park with his response.

This is not the first time Edwards has made headlines with his interesting interview answers. It wasn't too long ago that Edwards admitted that he had no idea who incoming Timberwolves part-owner and baseball legend Alex Rodriguez was. Edwards did not beat around the bush and straight-up said that he did not know who A-Rod was.

Clearly, Edwards is not one to keep his true thoughts to himself. He's quickly building a reputation as one of the best (or at least most fun) interviewees in the entire league.
