Rose was almost voted in as an All-Star starter this season through the fan votes. His comeback story this campaign has captivated fans everywhere and the former MVP says he and his family appreciate all the support and love.

Derrick Rose scored a career-high 50 points on Halloween against the Utah Jazz. It was a spectacular performance from a player who has undergone four knee surgeries since winning the MVP award back in 2011 with the Chicago Bulls.

In 51 games this season for the Timberwolves, Rose is averaging 18.0 points, 2.7 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game. The 30-year-old Chicago native is shooting 48.2 percent from the field, 37.0 percent from beyond the arc and 85.6 percent from the free-throw line.
