When the Minnesota Timberwolves beat the Denver Nuggets in Game 82 of the regular season there was evidently a lot more on the line than just a playoff berth for one fan.

One fan showed up with a sign that said if the Timberwolves clinched the final playoff spot he would change his name to Andrew Karl-Anthony Butler.

Now a little over a week later the Timberwolves took to Twitter trying to find this fan hoping he will hold up his end of the bargain. They clinched the playoff spot with a win, now they want him to pay up by changing his name to support the team.

They even offered in the tweet to pay for him to change his name, all he had to do was direct message them. According to the Minnesota Courts, it costs $314 to change your name in the state of Minnesota.

For the Wolves right now they are also focused on trying to turn around their series against the Houston Rockets. They have fallen behind 2-0 in the series and they have really looked out of sorts. A win in Game 3 on Saturday night could really give them some confidence and in front of their home fans maybe it would be enough to get them back in the series.
