It looks like Minnesota Timberwolves star Karl-Anthony Towns still can't get over the shocking result of UFC 264 on Saturday–one which saw Conor McGregor lose due to a scary injury.
For those unaware, McGregor broke his leg in the first round of his bout with Dustin Poirier, causing a doctor's stoppage and giving the American MMA fighter the win. However, KAT was obviously not satisfied with the result and took to Twitter to share that it deserved a better ending.

As much as Conor McGregor talks trash, he is one of the more popular fighters in the UFC. His fight with Dustin Poirier had been largely anticipated as well, considering that it was already their third meeting and the victor in their latest showdown would have the lead in their head-to-head and the bragging rights.
While Poirier won, it's hard to say if he can take pride and brag about the win considering the anti-climactic finish. Of course, The Diamond dominated the first round and deserved the victory, but surely, a lot of fans like the Timberwolves star are hoping the fight ended in a better and conclusive way than it did on Saturday.
It is still unknown if there will be a rematch between the two, but Towns and the rest of the fans of the two fighters will have to wait for some time before that's even decided. McGregor is facing a long road to recovery after he had surgery to fix the fractures in his left tibia and fibula.
