There's no denying that Anthony Edwards is one of the brightest young stars in the NBA today. However, what could be considered as contentious is the fact that the Minnesota Timberwolves stud just named Kevin Durant as his GOAT over both LeBron James and Michael Jordan.

In a recent interview with TNT's Taylor Rooks, Edwards revealed exactly why he believes Durant is the greatest player ever:

“Ever… cause he's 7 feet, and can do everything a point guard can do,” Edwards stated.

Rooks had to clarify her question to Edwards, but the Timberwolves star remained unfazed. The way he responded and his facial expression to the LeBron and MJ questions proves that he's absolutely convinced about KD's GOAT status. Edwards didn't even have to think twice about his answers.

Needless to say, Anthony Edwards is a huge Kevin Durant fan. Being that he's just 20-years-old, he grew up witnessing KD's unbridled rise to fame. Then again, LeBron was also dominating the league during this time, so I guess it really is just a matter of preference for Edwards.

Let's not even get started on Michael Jordan, though. Clearly, Anthony Edwards is too young to appreciate the greatness of the Chicago Bulls legend.
