The Minnesota Timberwolves just took down the Los Angeles Clippers on Tuesday night, 109-104, to secure the seventh seed in the Western Conference. Patrick Beverley played a key role for the Wolves in their Play-In victory and apparently, his strong play deserved an epic edit on the veteran's Wiki page.

The internet was very quick to change up Beverley's Wikipedia profile as they hilariously praised his shutdown effort of Clippers guard Reggie Jackson on the evening:

“Patrick Beverley is also acknowledged as the legal father of Reggie Jackson due to his shut down defense on April 13th, 2022 vs his former team, the Los Angeles Clippers,” read the profile.

That's pure savagery. To be fair, the Timberwolves' defensive specialist was indeed able to keep Jackson on lock in this one. The Clippers guard scored 17 points on 7-of-18 shooting, but he was barely a factor in crunch time as Minnesota secured the win.

Pat Bev and the rest of the Timberwolves are now set to face off against the second-seeded Memphis Grizzlies and their superstar Ja Morant in the first round of the playoffs. Beverley will have a tougher defensive assignment for that series and I'm pretty sure he's more than excited about it.
