Minnesota Timberwolves head coach Ryan Saunders was almost caught speechless when asked about rookie Jarrett Culver's audacious dunk over Milwaukee Bucks big man Robin Lopez on Wednesday night.

The Timberwolves coach had nothing much to say about the outstanding play, except for the fact that he absolutely loved everything about it.

I guess it's safe to say that the 33-year-old shot-caller loved his rookie's amazing effort, right? For those who may have missed the Sports Center-worthy highlight play, here it is for your viewing pleasure.

As you can see, Jarrett Culver did get a bit too excited about what was easily the most emphatic dunk of his young NBA career. He had a few things to say to Lopez, who obviously did not appreciate the rookie's antics.

Nevertheless, as made obvious by his statement above, coach Ryan Saunders liked what he saw from Culver, including the 6-foot-6 shooting guard's extracurricular activity following his highlight-reel play. It is also worth noting that this momentum-shifting play transpired at a crucial juncture in the contest, with the Wolves down by a single possession early in the final period.

Culver finished the contest with 10 points, eight rebounds, five assists, a steal, and a block in 33 minutes of play. This was not enough, however, to help the Timberwolves top the league-best Bucks, with Milwaukee emerging victorious in the tightly-contested matchup, 106-104.

The Wolves are in the midst of a back-to-back set and will be back in action on Thursday, as they hope to score a victory against the struggling Golden State Warriors.
