The Timberwolves have let go of team president Gersson Rosas. Now that the man is out of office, the secrets have slowly been leaking out of the sinking ship that was his tenure in Minnesota.

The alleged transgressions have ranged far and wide, from the way he handled firings to his actual rosters decisions such as the move to trade for D'Angelo Russell.

According to Clevis Murray, NBA reporter and contributor for The Athletic, the ex-Timberwolves executive also had an extra-marital affair with a member of the team's staff.

The two were reportedly spotted together at a Minnesota Twins game.

It's unclear whether the alleged relationship played any sort of factor in the decision. But it's easy to ascertain that such a display wouldn't be a good look when your boss is seeing one of your colleagues.

The Timberwolves haven't managed to build a winning roster in ages. Even their lone winning season with Jimmy Butler ended in utter dysfunction.

With Rosas' arrival back in 2019 after shadowing acclaimed Houston Rockets GM Daryl Morey, the future seemed bright for the Timberwolves. But with his ouster now out to the public, it looks like it's back to the drawing board in Minnesota
