Throughout his professional career, Jimmy Butler has been known to be a no-nonsense type of player who is not afraid to speak his mind during games. On Sunday, he showed that it’s the same case for him even if he’s already riding the bench.

With the Minnesota Timberwolves’ lead already out of reach for the Portland Trail Blazers and the game clock down to less than four minutes, the bench players of both teams were already on the court for garbage time. That included Zach Collins who attempted to block the layup of Shabazz Muhammad but failed to avoid fouling him. Butler then had some choice words and trash-talked him.

The Timberwolves won in convincing fashion, 120-103, and extended their current winning streak to four games. Jimmy Butler led his team's charge with 24 points on the night, to go along with five rebounds, four assists, and two steals. Five of his teammates also finished in double figures in scoring which goes to show how balanced their attack was to beat their opponents easily.

Despite seeing 28 minutes of action on Sunday, Zach Collins only finished with seven points, one rebound and two assists. The first-year player out of Gonzaga is having a slow start to his NBA career with averages of 4.0 points and 3.0 rebounds in 14.0 minutes through 26 games. He can be considered a raw talent for now but if he makes the most of the experience he's getting, coupled with motivation to prove Butler wrong in the future, he could turn out to be more than just a serviceable big man and even become a cornerstone as well for the Blazers.
