The Timberwolves had their own big three last year with Andrew Wiggins, Zach LaVine, and Karl-Anthony Towns but when LaVine was traded away this off-season, that all seemed changed.

Now the Timberwolves have a new big three with Wiggins, Towns, and Jimmy Butler.  On Friday night the Timberwolves will play their first game against the Bulls since LaVine was traded.

When Towns and LaVine saw each other in the hallway before the game, it almost looked like they were still teammates and their friendship didn't seem to skip a beat.

Towns gave LaVine a warm embrace, and he didn't seem to have any intention of letting go.

These are two players who had a lot of fun when they were on the same team. There was the time that Towns crashed LaVine's post-game interview.

In term of tonight's game though there is a lot of storylines ranging from Zach LaVine against his former team, to Jimmy Butler making his return to Chicago.

Those storylines should make a good set up for a good night of basketball in the Windy City.
