Tennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown is one tough cookie. The 23-year-old proved just that in a recent Instagram live video, as Brown revealed how he's actually been playing through a serious injury from early in the campaign.
Brown was in a hospital bed in his live video, as he shared how he just had surgery on both of his knees (h/t Emily Proud of WKRN):
So AJ Brown is currently live on Instagram from the hospital, looks to be post-op. He says he had surgery on both his knees.

It is worth noting that Brown's injury from Week 2 was officially listed as nothing more than a bone bruise. As it turns out, the injury was much more serious than reported. The fact that Brown played through what the doctors had already deemed as a season-ending injury only makes his 2020 campaign even more impressive.
Brown had quite a few things to say in his video, including an impromptu admission of his desire to see out his career in Tennessee:
AJ Brown (@1kalwaysopen_) went on Instagram live earlier and said he had surgery on both knees. As well as he was told he was “done for the year in like Week 2.” He mentioned he wants to be a Titan for life and how Mike Vrabel will probably cuss him out for this. 😂😂😂 pic.twitter.com/ewMjGgQ6SU

That's exactly the stuff Titans fans want to hear from their star WR. He's literally committing his future to Tennessee on a hospital bed after a couple of hours of surgery. If that isn't loyalty and dedication then I no longer know what is.
Brown and the Titans' season came to a bitter end after bowing out to the Baltimore Ravens, 20-13, in their Wild Card matchup. Brown, who was a doubt to even suit up for that matchup due to an ankle issue, admitted prior to the game that he was breathlessly anticipating the playoff battle. While the All-Pro WR came out with an impressive performance for the Titans, his effort still fell short as Tennessee was outplayed by a determined Ravens side.
