AJ Brown finally returned to action for the Tennessee Titans in Week 16 against the San Francisco 49ers. The star wide receiver missed multiple games due to a chest injury, though you wouldn't know it by the way he played. His stellar performance gave the team a much-needed boost heading into the final week.

It's clear that Brown is passionate about the game. For a lot of these athletes, they grew up with the sport they play in. It's no wonder that the Titans wide receiver feels this strongly about playing football. It must have been hard for him to not be able to play, even for just a few weeks.
The Titans also sorely missed him on the field. While the team didn't slump hard without AJ Brown, it was clear that they needed him injury-free to become dominant world-beaters. His performance against the 49ers cemented that notion: 11 catches for 145 yards and one touchdown, putting him in rarefied air alongside fellow great wide-outs in Davante Adams and Cooper Kupp.
With Derrick Henry's impeding return from a foot injury and Brown's successful return, the Titans are looking like the team they were earlier in the year. Many fans have high expectations for them. Let's see if they can live up to their potential and make a deep postseason run.
