While the Chiefs will be getting their quarterback and MVP candidate Patrick Mahomes back for Sunday's tilt with the Titans, Tennessee could be down four starters. Tight end Delanie Walker (ankle), defensive tackle Jurrell Casey (shoulder) and linebacker Jayon Brown (groin) have been ruled out for the matchup, wide receiver Corey Davis (hip) is doubtful, per the team's official injury report.

Walker, a three-time Pro Bowler, will miss his third consecutive game on Sunday. He has not played a complete season since 2017. On the year, the 34-year-old has 21 receptions for 215 yards and two touchdowns. Jonnu Smith, MyCole Pruitt and Anthony Firkser will fill-in for the veteran.

Davis has not missed an outing since he did so five times as a rookie in 2017. However, a hip injury that has removed him from all of the week's practices is priming him to do so. On the year, the 2017 top-10 draft pick has 28 receptions for 374 yards and a pair of touchdowns.

Casey missed Week 9 with a shoulder injury, and it took him out of practice entirely for Week 10. A bludgeoning force with four Pro-Bowl appearances to show for it, Casey is the engine of the Titans' defensive line. Expect an uptick in snaps for rookie Jeffery Simmons in the wake of his inactive tag.

Brown will miss the first game of his three year NFL career on Sunday. A standout coverage linebacker, he has allowed a measly 68.3 passer rating in coverage in 2019, per Pro Football Reference. In 2018, he allowed a 67.1 while starting in nine of his 16 games played.
