Ryan Tannehill could say that Derrick Henry has met his match… kind of. Last week, the Tennessee Titans Pro Bowl running back posted an insane video of his next-level push-up routine, which involves balancing on a medicine ball and “Chaos” band with a heavy chain draped around his neck.

Here's another angle of Henry's psychotic push-up method:

On Thursday, Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill posted his own version of the workout, and called out his star running back.

The 32-year old Tannehill completed three push-ups while balancing on a ball and band, before his wife Lauren (I think), draped her extremely heavy-looking designer purse over his neck. The Titans quarterback completed two more push-ups.

“Your move,” Tannehill wrote in the Twitter caption to his Tik Tok video and tagged Henry's Twitter handle. As you can see, Tannehill's form isn't exactly as stable as Henry's. Not bad, though. The Titans will take it.

The Titans QB — and former Texas A&M wide receiver — clocks in at 6'4, 207 pounds. He didn't bench press at his combine or pro day, back in 2012.

Henry, on the other hand, recorded 22 bench press reps at his combine workout in 2016. His reputation has only grown since with the Titans.

For some reason, I'm going to bet that Henry — fresh off a 2,000-yard rushing season for the Titans in which he led the league in yards after contact by a mile — is up for the challenge.
