The Tennessee Titans don't have an offensive coordinator, and according to new reports, they don't plan on getting one anytime soon.

The Titans' general manager Jon Robinson released a statement saying that his team was in “no rush” to find a new OC, and was willing to take his time finding the right fit.

“There's been several meetings throughout the course of the last two days, three days here with Vrabel and I about the direction that we're going to go with the football team. We're probably going to be a little bit more deliberate in our approach here, not rush into anything, take a lot of things into consideration as we make a decision for what's best for our team.”

The team lost their offensive coordinator after Matt LaFleur took the head coaching position for the Green Bay Packers.

That said, the team has had a few viable candidates in their lineup. Amongst the possibilities include former Vikings offensive coordinator  John DeFilippo and current Bears offensive coordinator Mark Helfrich. Todd Monken, who's been in the running for a few different coaching positions in the NFL, was also rumored to be up for the position.

There's also a chance that the Titans will reach into the Los Angeles Rams' talent pool and poach one of their talents. The Rams' quarterback coach Zac Taylor is reportedly in play for the position. Finally, there's a chance that the team will elevate their current quarterback coach, Pat O'Hara.
