The Tennessee Titans' COVID-19 outbreak has shaken the entire NFL. The total count reached 20 individuals on Sunday, officially marking six straight days where at least one team member tested positive. The NFL and NFLPA have been investigating the Titans about potential COVID-19 protocol violations.

However, the Titans finally had no positive tests on Monday morning:

The positive cases emerged after the Titans' Week 3 encounter against the Minnesota Vikings in which they earned a 31-30 nail-biting victory. The developments prompted the league to push back the Titans' scheduled Week 4 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers to Week 7 instead. The two teams will be having an early bye week due to the postponement and will play 13 straight games for the remainder of the season.

On the other hand, the Vikings pushed through with their schedule and visited the Houston Texans in Week 4 proceedings. The former snagged their first win of the season on a 31-23 outcome, while the latter continued with their struggles and further dropped to a 0-4 hole.

Another affected game was the Week 4 encounter between the New England Patriots and Kansas City Chiefs. The Patriots' starting quarterback in Cam Newton tested positive for the virus, while the Chiefs' practice squad gunslinger, Jordan Ta'amu, suffered the same fate as well.

After conducting more COVID-19 tests, the game was only pushed back for a day and will push through to serve as the first game of a Monday Night Football doubleheader, followed by a clash between the Atlanta Falcons and undefeated Green Bay Packers.

Hopefully, the NFL will be able to control the outbreak and avoid further complications that could possibly jeopardize the remainder of the season. There were no other positive tests throughout the league, so that's a good sign for the season.
