After a disappointing end to the year, the Tennessee Titans shift their attention to the offseason. Luckily, the roster is rather stacked and the front office is likely to retain most of the core of the team. However, after an intriguing move made by Aaron Rodgers, speculation is slowly growing about his interest in joining the Titans.

According to Jared Stillman, the Green Bay Packers starting quarterback “has purchased land and is in the process of building a home in Nashville.” Now, that doesn't mean anything, as players have houses in different cities across the country. However, Stillman's sources claim that Rodgers is “open to joining the Titans.”

What makes this even more intriguing, is there seem to be rumblings in the Packers locker room believing Rodgers won't return, per Stillman. There are already speculations of the Denver Broncos being majorly interested in trading for the three-time MVP. However, the Titans could jump into the mix in the offseason.

This would be a difficult maneuver to pull off for the Titans, as Ryan Tannehill's contract situation is not favorable. Either the Packers would have to be willing to take on Tannehill's contract or Tennessee would need another trade partner. It's not impossible, but there would be a ton of moving parts for the franchise to land Aaron Rodgers.

We'll see how this all plays out. The Titans are certainly in a Super Bowl window and could put the offense way over the top by acquiring Rodgers. For now, this is all speculation and we'll find out the answers in the 2022 NFL offseason.
