The Tennessee Titans were expected to start the AFC Championship Game against the Kansas City Chiefs with a heavy dose of running back Derrick Henry. However, AJ Brown wasted no time in making his presence felt.

AJ Brown showed off some of his playmaking ability after navigating his way for a huge 37-yard gain on the opening drive, via NFL Twitter:

Although the bread and butter for Tennessee has been their run game, they are not hesitant to allow quarterback Ryan Tannehill to try and get the offense going in tandem with AJ Brown. While it did not result in a touchdown this time around, they were able to put some points on the board thanks to a field goal from kicker Ryan Succop.

It is safe too say that the chiefs have put an emphasis on containing Henry on the ground. As a result, Tannehill and AJ Brown will need to continue to find ways to capitalize through the air in order to keep this defense on their toes.
