Every game, Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry reminds everyone why he’s currently the NFL’s leading rusher and one of the most unstoppable forces in the league once he gets going.

In Week 15, it was Detroit Lions cornerback Alex Myres’ turn to get that reminder, which came in the form of a vicious stiff arm that was reminiscent of one Henry had earlier this season:

With 10:04 left in the second quarter and the Titans holding a 14-7 lead, quarterback Ryan Tannehill handed the ball to Henry, who quickly found a seam in the Detroit defense and began another run.

Myres tried to stop Henry, but the 2019 Pro Bowler stiff-armed Myres easily and threw the poor Lions defender to the ground. The play was reminiscent of Henry’s equally vicious stiff-arm of Buffalo Bills cornerback Josh Norman during the Titans’ 42-16 win over the Bills in Week 5 that had social media buzzing, and this one might have a similar effect.

That drive would result into a touchdown for the Titans courtesy of Tannehill as they extended their lead to 21-7. The score is now 24-15 at halftime.

Henry and the Titans are looking for their second straight victory and 10th this season. The star running back entered the game with 1,532 yards on the ground this season. In the first half, he had 14 carries for 80 yards and a score as he continues to put up incredible statistics and absurd highlight-reel plays.
