After losing to the Kansas City Chiefs 35-24, the Tennessee Titans will fall short of the Super Bowl.

However, one would be hard-pressed to consider the Titans' 2019 season a disappointment. They made the AFC Championship despite entering the season as a team many considered to be worthy of a top-10 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, not an appearance in the semi-finals.

The Titans will watch the Super Bowl from home, but their head coach Mike Vrabel is not disappointed. He's just happy Tennessee got close to the Super Bowl. Watch below, as he discussed the team's season after the loss, via Erik Bacharach of the Tennessean.

Vrabel's team started the season 2-4. They took a shot at playing their backup quarterback for the rest of the season, and it paid off. Ultimately, Tennessee fell one game short of a Super Bowl appearance; not bad for a season that many once considered “lost” for the Titans.
