Todd Gurley has been an astonishing running back for the Los Angeles Rams this season, and his teammate Robert Woods describes him as ‘unstoppable'. The Rams barely edged out the Denver Broncos on Sunday, creeping by with a 23-20 victory. It was the biggest test yet for the Rams, but now, they're the only undefeated team in the NFL. A 208-yard rushing performance by Gurley helped them advance to 6-0. He looks like he's worth every penny thy paid him this past offseason. Robert Woods was impressed by Gurley's numbers, but thinks he could've posted similar stats earlier.

“I’m actually surprised that we didn’t do that last year or sooner,” Woods told the team's official website. “He’s been running wild ever since I got to this team. It’s just a credit to this line, this game plan, and his work ethic. And he’s a beast. You know he’s doing well when defenders are saying, ‘Man, he’s getting five yards a touch, five yards a touch.’ He’s pretty much unstoppable right now.”

Woods himself had a great night. He was expected to step up this week after Cooper Kupp and Brandon Cooks were sent out of last week's game to be evaluated for concussions. The sixth-year wide receiver recorded seven receptions for 109 yards. Todd Gurley scored the Rams' only two touchdowns for the game, but Woods was a key contributor.

The Rams will get to return to the California sun in Week 7 to take on the struggling San Francisco 49ers. The've cleared an impressive hurdle that will only help their success later this season.
