Memphis Grizzlies shooting guard Tony Allen has been placed in the inactive list with a right groin injury, activating reserve guard Troy Daniels, the team announced today prior to tip off.

James Ennis will start alongside Chandler Parsons against a Denver Nuggets team also battling through injuries — they will be without the services of Will Barton and Wilson Chandler tonight.

Parsons had a dreadful shooting game in his team debut, going 0-of-8 from the floor and failing to get on the scoreboard in his 22 minutes of play.
