The San Antonio Spurs had the worst luck this past postseason. Although they powered their way to the Western Conference Finals, they lost key role player Tony Parker in Game 2 of the semifinals against the Houston Rockets. He had to get carried out of the game in the 4th quarter, unable to continue helping his team.

Now that he has had some time to rest this offeseason, the 35-year old has spoke out on how long he thinks he has left for his recovery progress.

“It’s OK. It’s getting better and better,” Parker told Argentina’s LPG TV. “I’m starting to run like a little bit. I’m walking pretty well. I think it’s still going to be a long process. It’s still going to take like another four or five months, but I am very happy with the progresses. I am advancing in my rehab.”

Hopefully the four-time NBA champion can bounce back for another season, as he has already admitted he really wants to join the Spurs again for another run. The Spurs are always poised to be a top team in the league, so helping out however he can is Parker's top priority.
