The Disneyland resort in Shanghai, China has been open for six weeks, and recently received a visit from two NBA legends.

Former Houston Rockets teammates Tracy McGrady and Yao Ming met up at the theme park top to help promote the NBA's Global Games China initiative.

Shanghai is set to host a preseason game between the Rockets and New Orleans Pelicans on Oct. 9, just two days after the city's fifth annual Fan Appreciation Day.

Yao, has been the NBA's biggest proponent of growth for NBA basketball in China.

McGrady became popular in China being a teammate of Yao's, tours through China for Adidas promotions, and a brief stint played for the Qingdao Eagles in 2012.

Thirteen NBA teams will have played a total of 22 games in China since 2004, when the Global Games China 2016 are finished, and the NBA couldn't be more happy to see basketball growing to the point it currently has.
