Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James sent a tweet about the officiating in the NCAA Final Four match between the UCLA Bruins and the Gonzaga Bulldogs on Saturday. Safe to assume that James was critical of the referee’s crucial call on Johnny Juzang that changed the outcome of the game.

James’ tweet was sent out after Juzang drove in the basket to perhaps seal the game for UCLA. However, Juzang was called for pushing Drew Timme, which the referees ruled as an offensive foul.

The Lakers star then followed up his tweet about the charge against UCLA by saying that it was indeed a good call. Even if LeBron doesn’t seem like a fan of the frequent call of charges in high school and college hoops, at least this one was the right call.

The four time NBA champion is currently sidelined due to a high ankle sprain injury. He injured his ankle exactly two weeks ago and has been  rehabbing his injury day in and out. The Lakers, however, miss their superstar as the defending champions have dipped down the Western Conference standings since his injury. However, If there’s one silver lining for the Purple and Gold, it’s that at least James and his co-superstar Anthony Davis (who is also sidelined due to a calf injury) could return fresh come playoff time.

As for James, it’s evident that he’s been keeping up with college basketball based on his tweets. After Gonzaga Bulldogs star Jalen Suggs hit the game-winner against UCLA, LeBron James was just as shocked as every single one watching the game

Good to see The King rehabbing while watching some entertaining college hoops. Hey, the UCLA-Gonzaga game is one for the ages anyway.
