The US Open is being played for almost a week now, and unsurprisingly, it has already provided several memorable moments. One of the best, however, is probably something that happened off the court.

On Friday during Roberta Bautista Agut's showdown with Felix Auger-Aliassime at Louis Armstrong Stadium in Flushing Meadows, the camera crew helped uncover a hero that we never knew we needed. As the cameramen scanned the fans in attendance on the jumbotron, it eventually showed a young woman holding a beer.

Quickly realizing that it was her moment to provide some laughter and entertainment to the crowd, she quickly chugged off her beer to the applause of everyone watching the game.

That one moment was already epic at its own right; however, the people manning the cameras probably knew they could get more from the US Open beer girl and decided to get  back at her moments later.

While she was no longer holding a beer when she was shown on the big screen again, the US Open fan didn't disappoint and instead stole the beer from her male companion and chugged it once again.

Of course, the US Open beer-chugging fan quickly went viral on Twitter and social media. While there have been several criticisms on her action, more fans showed her support and applauded her for bringing fun to the party … err game.

One should remember to always drink responsibly. Nonetheless, it's not wrong to have some fun from time to time as long as it's safe and harmless. After all, we've seen Aaron Rodgers and David Bakhtiari down beers in NBA games.
