Sha'Carri Richardson has been making headlines the past few months, which has clearly caught the attention of the fastest man on the planet Usain Bolt.

Usain Bolt was recently asked about what he would tell Sha'Carri Richardson if given the chance. The eight-time Olympic gold medalist didn't mince words on the subject.

Via The New York Post:

“I would tell Sha’Carri to train harder and to be focused and not say too much,” said Usain Bolt. “If you talk that big talk you have to back it up. So just train hard and focus on that and try to come back do it and then talk about it.”

Sha'Carri Richardson was ridiculed after she made her return to the track last month. The American sprinter finished dead last in the 100-meter race, as Usain Bolt's fellow Jamaican Elaine Thompson-Herah came out victorious.

“Jamaicans were vexed because she was talking a lot of s–t before the actual race, it is just one of those things,” Bolt continued. “Jamaicans don’t like when people talk s–t about us because we are a very proud people. So if you talk about us we are gonna want you to back it up. It definitely gave those women the extra push [to win.]”

Usain Bolt made his message clear to Sha'Carri Richardson. The onus is on her to get back to form as she bounces back from the controversy.
