One of the faces of the United States Men's National Team is making a big endorsement change. Christian Pulisic is jumping ship from Nike to go to Puma.
Courtesy of Complex, Christian Pulisic talked about what went into the decision for him.
“I mean one of their biggest points and another massive reason why that seemed like an easy choice is because yeah, they want me to give my ideas, talk about what I like and that they want to see that and use that as well.”
Christian Pulisic has burst onto the scene as a star for the USMNT and Chelsea. With Puma, they plan on having Pulisic have his own signature line with his own logo which is already in the works.
Puma released a statement as well talking about the addition of Pulisic.
“Christian’s journey has been incredible and has really paved the way for so many young American players who dream of playing in Europe for the world’s biggest clubs,” said Johan Adamsson, Global Director of Sports Marketing and Sports Licensing at PUMA. “Christian is technically gifted, has lightning speed and quickness of thought to change any game. Not only have we signed an amazing talent, but a fantastic person off the pitch who wants to continue to grow soccer in America, a goal PUMA has committed to support.”
Getting Christian Pulisic is a huge get for Puma as they continue to grow their outlet and their brand more and more.
