Kobe Bryant's wife, Vanessa, shared a message on her Instagram account on the one-year death anniversary of her husband and daughter, Gianna. A letter came from one of Gianna's closest friends named Aubrey Callaghan. The letter shared that the 13-year-old was a humble person who didn't fail to lift up the spirits of the people around her.

Aubrey started her letter by sympathizing with the situation of Mrs. Bryant, who lost her loved ones in the tragic helicopter accident a year ago. She then shared that she still thinks of her friend up to this day.

She also mentioned that Gianna Bryant was a kind, caring, and endlessly polite individual to everyone around her. Based on the letter, Aubrey was one of Gianna's teammates on their basketball squad. Gianna was just as competitive like her father and would attack each day to tirelessly hone her skills in playing the sport.

Aubrey claimed that the energy was contagious and also boosted her confidence to play competitive basketball with Gianna for four years. Apparently, Mrs. Bryant's daughter didn't just excel and made a contribution in basketball, but also on her school's student council and musical activities.

Like everyone else, Aubrey thinks of what Gianna could've accomplished if she was given more years ahead of her. Nonetheless, Aubrey claimed that Gianna still managed to make a mark on this earth and impacted the people around her in more ways than one.

Aubrey ended her message by saying that Mrs. Bryant did it right and also expressed her gratitude for being able to spend time with her daughter back then. The letter only speaks volumes on how Gianna Bryant was able to change lives and make an impact on everyone she crossed paths with, just like her father.
