Good teammates have to be in sync with each other on the floor, but sometimes it may be tough for players to turn that connection off. During their game versus the Los Angles Clippers, Portland Trailblazer forward Evan Turner and center Zach Collins synchronized their sips from their water bottles as they sat together on the bench.

The entire Blazers roster seemed to be in sync in LA, they led 100-88 after three quarters and had tallied 24 assists to that point. Before tonight's game, the Blazers were 16-13 and the seventh seed in the west, but just four games behind the number 1 seed Denver Nuggets and three games ahead of the 14th place Utah Jazz.

Turner is in his ninth NBA season, and his third with the Blazers. He's been relegated to coming off of the bench this year, but is averaging 8.1 points, 4.3 assists and 5.1 rebounds per game. Collins, is in his sophomore season, and has improved his offensive game: he's scoring 7.7 points per game, up from 4.4, while shooting 51.9% from the floor also up from last season's 39.8%.

Unsurprisingly, point guard Damian Lillard has done most of the heavy lifting this season. Lillard is coming off an MVP-quality second half last season, but the three-seed Blazers were embarrassed by in a first-round sweep at the hands of the six-seed New Orleans Pelicans. However, in his seventh season, Lillard is averaging 26.9 points per game while shooting 44.5% from the field and 37.6% from three. He also puts up six assist a game.

The Blazers are back home on Tuesday night, hosting the Memphis Grizzlies, who sit half a game behind Portland, barring a late comeback by the Clippers..
