It's no secret that Dwight Howard has had his share of critics over the years.

Ever since Howard's unceremonious exit from the Orlando Magic back in 2012, his reputation has slowly declined with each passing year. The peak of the center's criticism happened during the 2012-13 season, his lone campaign with the Los Angeles Lakers.

While appearing on TNT's “Inside the NBA” on Tuesday night, Charles Barkley asked the Houston Rockets center why he thinks he receives so much criticism. The question led to an awkward exchange between the two, as you can see in this video below:

Howard may have a reputation for being a nice guy, but he certainly wasn't shy in answering back to one of his biggest critics over the years.
