Dwight Howard has always been known as a bit of a jokester. The Los Angeles Lakers center has pulled off various hijinks since his Orlando days and those apparently haven't stopped in the big man's second stint for the Tinseltown team.

Howard paid tribute to his teammate LeBron James by acting out the latter's famous pre-game chalk toss. Howard, of course, put his own twist on things by substituting the usual chalk for water.

James himself was ruled out for Saturday's game with an illness. After playing for five teams in the last five years, Howard may have found a permanent home in the Lakers. The 34-year-old big man is averaging 7.2 points, 6.9 rebounds and 1.5 blocks in only 19.4 minutes per game. Howard is also shooting a career-best 75 percent from the field.

With Howard once again a big part of the team, the Lakers have become one of the best teams in the NBA with a 31-7 record.
