A very interesting ride-along happened just recently when the number three pick of the Boston Celtics, Jaylen Brown, had a ride with Chicago Bulls star Jimmy Butler.
Butler was heavily considered for a Celtic trade around the draft period but eventually that did not happen. A major trade card from Boston was also that same 3rd pick which landed them Brown.
As seen in the video below, the two NBA athletes were in Colorado. The reasoning behind this was not disclosed as of yet though, but an interesting new friendship was developed by the looks of it. Especially when taking under consideration that a trade between Chicago and Boston earlier this year would mean a major change of future paths for both.

The two seemed to have fun – Jimmy Butler sang along his choice of music and Jaylen Brown created a video out of it. It definitely looks like the former loves his Country music though.
What will be interesting to see is how this friendship develops. Some Celtics fans will definitely hope for Jaylen Brown to recruit Jimmy Butler down the road, or, for the near future, become a thorn on the Olympian's offense when Boston and Chicago match up.
