Some people were wondering what Jake Luton would look like in his first career start for the Jacksonville Jaguars. Well, so far, so good for Luton, who is off to a fast start. On just the second attempt of his career, Luton tossed a 73-yard touchdown to DJ Chark to give the Jaguars their first score of the game.

Due to a hand injury, Gardner Minshew is not available at quarterback for the Jaguars. While Mike Glennon was the No. 2 option on the depth chart, Doug Marrone elected to insert Luton as the starter this week.

And on the team's first drive of the game, Jake Luton wasn't afraid to uncork a pass down the field to Chark. The rookie sixth-round pick out of Oregon State would give the Jaguars an early lead, only for his defense to allow a quick touchdown right back.

If Jacksonville hopes to upset Houston on Sunday, Jake Luton may need to deliver more magic in the passing game.
