Portland Trail Blazers veteran small forward Trevor Ariza wasn't about to get nutmegged by Atlanta Hawks point guard Trae Young.

So, Ariza hip-checked Young after the Hawks star dribbled the ball through his legs:

Young has nutmegged a few players since entering the NBA last season. Ariza wasn't trying to get his name added to the list. The Blazers swingman has built a reputation as one of the better 3-and-D players in the league, so there's plenty of pride involved in this sequence involving him and Young.

For the Hawks, Trae Young is averaging 29.9 points, 4.3 rebounds, and 9.3 assists per game. Atlanta will not only miss the playoffs this season, but they will also finish with one of the worst records in the NBA.

The highlight plays which Young delivers to Hawks fans almost every night have made this season manageable for Atlanta.
