The Minnesota Vikings will be trying to get back into the win column against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 10. Unfortunately, it appears they will be without wide receiver Adam Thielen once again.

Thielen has been sidelined with a hamstring injury since the Week 7 win over the Detroit Lions. According to Chris Tomasson of the Pioneer Press, he is likely set to sit out again after missing practice:

Vikings wide receiver Adam Thielen again missed practice Friday because of a right hamstring injury and is unlikely to play Sunday at Dallas.

The update on Thielen deals a crushing blow to the Vikings' offense as they get set to hit the road against the Cowboys on primetime. His absence has left a notable void in the receiving corps over the last few weeks, however, it is clear that they are opting to take a cautious approach with the health of their Pro Bowl wideout.

Thielen's absence was undoubtedly missed when Minnesota tried to engage in a shootout with the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 9. Although they were able to move the ball, the offense did not have enough to keep up with the firepower in Kansas City.

Regardless, quarterback Kirk Cousins will need to make do with the weapons at his disposal if he hopes to get the Vikings back on track and dispel the stigma surrounding his inability to win big games. The onus will fall on wide receivers Stefon Diggs, Laquon Treadwell, and potentially Josh Doctson now that he is coming off of injured reserve.
