Minnesota Vikings wide receiver Stefon Diggs and cornerback Xavier Rhodes are officially active heading into their Week 13 matchup against the New England Patriots.

Diggs was expected to be a game-time decision following overnight swelling to his injured knee, but his active status is certainly a good sign.

Of course, there are still some unknowns in terms of how much Diggs will play or whether he can offer his usual production.

This appears to be a good matchup for both Diggs and fellow wide receiver Adam Thielen, as the Patriots' secondary hasn't exactly been the most consistent throughout the season.

Diggs has racked up 79 receptions for 790 yards and six touchdowns this season, while Thielen has had a monster year with 93 receptions for 1,138 yards and eight touchdowns.

Both players will continue to be targeted heavily in Minnesota's passing attack, and they should both be valuable resources against a New England team that can score points in a hurry with Tom Brady under center.

If Diggs is at his best in this matchup, there's no doubt that Kirk Cousins will be looking his way quite a bit throughout the game.

Diggs has 114 targets on the season, with his season-high 18 targets coming a few weeks ago in the 25-20 loss to the Chicago Bears.

In the team's Week 12 game against the Green Bay Packers, Diggs had eight receptions for 77 yards and a touchdown.
