Kyle Rudolph hasn't had many opportunities with the Minnesota Vikings to begin the season, but he made the most of it on Sunday. After an impressive drive by the Vikings, Rudolph made a spectacular one-handed grab to take the lead over the Tennessee Titans.

Kirk Cousins, on a second-and-goal play from the three-yard line, saw Rudolph create separation in the back of the end zone. The veteran quarterback would deliver a decent pass while Rudolph did everything he could to score the touchdown.

Through the first two weeks of the season, Rudolph saw just three targets, catching two of them for 28 yards. And before his touchdown on Sunday, Rudolph had just one target for zero yards.

Without Stefon Diggs in the offense, the Vikings need other members of their offense to step up. Even though Rudolph hasn't been utilized much so far, he could see more playing time after his impressive grab on Sunday.
