During the Minnesota Vikings' matchup with the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday Night Football, wide receiver Stefon Diggs pulled off a ridiculous one-handed catch.

Facing a 3rd & 3 with under a minute remaining in the 2nd quarter, the catch by Diggs moved the chains in a needed way. While the drive didn't end up resulting in a touchdown, the Vikings were able to at least convert on a field goal to extend their lead prior to halftime.

The performance against the Cowboys from Diggs has been interesting because he hasn't made a lot of receptions. However, he has instead made a few big plays during key moments of the game that have helped the Vikings' offense. It has been a much-needed display from Diggs given how Adam Thielen is sidelined for this matchup.
