The Riot Fist Bump Gun Buddy cannot be obtained in Valorant through normal means. This cannot be earned through Battle Pass progression nor purchased with in-game currency. Riot detailed how one could get the ever-popular Gun Buddy in a blog post on their support website. In Riot's own words, you can get the Gun Buddy if you demonstrate good sportsmanship while in a match with a Riot employee.

Riot warns players that Rioters will never offer to sell them a Gun Buddy, so players should be wary of people who would do so. Riot also says that this Gun Buddy is a reward for good behavior, not as a reward for following or DMing, or being friends with Rioters. Finally, Riot says that asking for a Gun Buddy wouldn't help the chances of players to receive one. Rioters only get a handful of these to give out, so they will be very choosy in giving them away.

So if you have Rioters on your friends list, play a lot with them. Or if you don't then just keep queueing up and you might match with a Rioter one day. And the most important thing is to always be on your best behavior when playing games – you never know when you'll end up playing with a Rioter in a random match.
