Dahntay Jones has been the lucky fellow to get a comfortable front row seat to the NBA Finals the past two seasons, getting picked up by the Cleveland Cavaliers as a henchman to stir the pot every now and then.

Having secured his league-fine hall pass by some of his better-earning teammates, Jones did some offseason field work and took a sour jab at Stephen Curry, putting him outside his Top 10 rankings in the league.

“People get mad at me, because I don’t declare him a top-10 player in the NBA, which is fine,” Jones told Mickstape. “I’ve got him on the outside – like 11, 12.”

Sure he does…

Curry has finished sixth, first, first, and sixth during the past four seasons in the MVP voting and was even projected the top point guard talent coming into next season, according to HoopsHype.

Jones gave his top-10 list, the first three in order and last seven in random order.

1. LeBron James

2. Kawhi Leonard

3. Kevin Durant

  • John Wall
  • Paul George
  • Russell Westbrook
  • James Harden
  • Chris Paul
  • Karl-Anthony Towns
  • Anthony Davis

Jones knows how to stir the pot, and if he can do it from the bench, he can surely do it off the court as well. He played a whopping total of two games in the last two regular season for the Cavs, averaging 1.4 points per game during his last two postseasons with the team.
