Golden State Warriors small forward Andre Iguodala will not play tonight vs. the Houston Rockets in Game 4 of the Western Conference Finals.

The Warriors lead the series, 2-1.

Iguodala banged knees with James Harden in Game 3 while X-rays later revealed no structural damage to his left knee.

In Game 3, Iguodala played 27 minutes and scored 10 points with three rebounds, three assists and three steals in the 41-point win.

Iguodala has been starting of late with the Warriors rolling out the Hamptons 5 lineup. The results have been solid with the Warriors outscoring Houston by three points with that lineup on the floor. However, when Kevon Looney replaces Iguodala in that lineup, the Warriors have been better.

Of course, Iguodala is still a vital piece for the Warriors. In fact, he's held Chris Paul and Harden to a combined 1-for-41 shooting this series when he's been the primary defender.

The Warriors are still favored by more than a touchdown tonight in Oracle despite Iguodala's status up in the air. Their dominance in Game 3 may have shifted the series but the Rockets already showed once they can bounce back from a loss and they'll have a better opportunity tonight with no Iguodala to avoid the dreaded 3-1 series hole.
