The Golden State Warriors own the best record in the NBA. That level of success comes with some guaranteed NBA All-Star spots.

Warriors franchise player Stephen Curry is as much of a lock as there ever could be for one of them. But the other slot, a virtual guarantee for the top team, is much less determined than the first. Draymond Green could potentially earn his fourth All-Star nod, however his scoring has fallen off significantly of late with his average dropping below nine points per game.

That's opened the door for Andrew Wiggins to enter the conversation. The Warriors swingman is second on the team in scoring at 18.7 points per game on an efficient 49.1% shooting clip from the field and 42.2% from beyond the arc. He's also been tasked with taking on tough defensive assignments, with his size and athleticism matching up with most of the NBA's elite stars.

Asked whether he's heard some of the chatter about him making the All-Star team, Andrew Wiggins made sure to stay grounded in his response.

Via NBC Sports' Monte Poole:

“Yeah, you hear it and you see it,” said the Warriors forward. “But it’s still a long way from it. I’ve just gotta keep working. We just gotta keep winning, I gotta keep working and keep playing hard.”

Individual accolades are definitely in store for Golden State. Stephen Curry has a legitimate case for another MVP. Jordan Poole's leap has some touting him as a MIP candidate. Draymond Green is the defensive anchor on the league-leading defense and fully deserves DPOY consideration.

Wiggins' All-Star bid is just as real, and he knows it too. But just like the rest of the team, Andrew Wiggins knows that those are gravy as long as the Warriors keep winning.

“I feel as an NBA player, that’s a goal for everybody,” he said. “And that comes, obviously, with winning. You win, you get recognized more. So, I’m just going to keep doing what I’ve been doing and hopefully I put myself in position to be in the conversation.”

Andrew Wiggins has been an unsung hero behind the Warriors' success this season. It remains to be seen if his efforts get rewarded with an All-Star nod.
