The trade deadline is rapidly approaching, and more and more names are popping up in rumors during a critical juncture of the season, especially for the Golden State Warriors.

They are fighting for an opportunity to be in this year's postseason. Andrew Wiggins has been traded twice in his 8-year career. Once by the Cleveland Cavaliers before playing a single-season game in his rookie year, and from the Minnesota Timberwolves to his current team, the Golden State Warriors. Wiggins talked to the media about transitioning to a new team after being traded.

“When I got to Golden State, they made me feel right at home. I feel like the process was smooth. In the games, the fans and how teammates were in the locker room, the coaches, everyone kept talking to me, making me feel comfortable,” Wiggins told Clutchpoints.

Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr is a big reason why Wiggins' move to the Bay Area was so comfortable. Kerr spoke with the media about how he deals with trade rumors of his players.

“I talk to some guys about it. Usually, if someone's name is being tossed around, I will approach that player. I think that is a big part of the job,” the Warriors coach continued. These guys all have a lot of stress on their shoulders, every single one of them for drastically different reasons. This job is particularly stressful when you start reading about possibly getting traded or cut. This stuff is no fun. It's important for me as a coach to always make sure that lines of communications are always open, and I try and offer any help I can,” Kerr explained.

The trade deadline is March 25, and some of the news we've heard about will turn into reality, and some will prove to be just rumors.
