Like Ayesha Curry, most Golden State Warriors fans uttered the same word upon seeing Stephen Curry's clutch three-pointer against the Miami Heat on Wednesday.

After the two-time MVP hit a timely trey to put the Heat away for good in overtime, his wife Ayesha posted on Twitter a one-word reaction to express her excitement and relief.

Up by only three points with less than 30 seconds in the clock, the Warriors needed to score to create a safer cushion. Two points would've been fine. But Curry had other ideas: He really wanted to put the nail in the coffin.

Curry actually had another big shot in OT. The first one came in near the one-minute mark. It was also a three-pointer to break the tie after a slight lapse in the Heat defense. Kendrick Nunn did his best to stay in front of Curry after the screen. But Curry is the greatest shooter today. All he needs is a glimpse of the ring before he confidently launches one.

All in all, Curry had 25 points, seven rebounds, and 11 assists in their 120-112 victory. He, however, shot woefully, finishing with 8-of-25 from the floor. Kent Bazemore came up big for the Warriors though with a team-high 26 points, while Kelly Oubre and Andrew Wiggins had 23 markers each.

The play proves that Stephen Curry definitely has the clutch gene, contrary to what haters would say. Apart from performing at an elite level every game, it seems having that killer mentality in crunch time is something that all great players should have.

Clearly, Ayesha agrees.
