The Golden State Warriors' new arena, the Chase Center, has portraits of the “Hamptons 5.”

Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Kevin Durant, Andre Iguodala and Draymond Green are immortalized together inside the Chase Center:

The “Hamptons 5” nickname came after Curry, Thompson, Iguodala and Green visited Durant in the Hamptons during the summer of 2016 to pitch him on joining the Warriors. Golden State won two titles with this group, and might have won its third this past season had Durant not tore his Achilles.

Iguodala is on the Memphis Grizzlies now, while Durant is with the Brooklyn Nets. Warriors owner Joe Lacob has already said the franchise is going to retire Iguodala's No. 9 and Durant's No. 35 jersey.

Golden State had to trade Iguodala to free up cap space to sign D'Angelo Russell. The Warriors acquired Russell from the Nets in the Durant sign-and-trade deal.

Iguodala isn't expected to play a single game with the Grizzlies. He will either be traded or bought out before the 2019-20 season begins. Durant, meanwhile, will likely miss the entire 2019-20 campaign rehabbing his Achilles tear.

The Warriors will still be a competitive team next season with Curry, Green and Russell leading the charge. It's unknown when Thompson will be back on the court.
