New Orleans Pelicans star CJ McCollum has been in the league long enough to see the best (and the worst) in players from around the NBA. He's also had his fair share of moments with Stephen Curry, who just happens to be the greatest shooter of all time.

McCollum recently spilled the beans on the best way to try and defend the Golden State Warriors superstar. CJ admitted that “it's very tough” to try and cover Curry, but at the same time, he presented an approach that has been used by opposing teams in trying to defend Steph:

“You have to throw different bodies at him; this isn't a guy you can just guard with one person,” he said, via Jarrod Castillo of NBC Sports. “He's a galaxy, he's a planet, he's a solar system. Everything revolves around him.”

McCollum acknowledged that apart from being a great shooter, what makes Steph such a special player is his unbridled ability to create his own shot. The former back-to-back MVP's stamina is also second to none, and the way he exploits the Warriors system are a couple of things that make Curry truly elite, at least in the view of CJ McCollum.

For his part, McCollum is a pretty excellent shooter himself. It wouldn't be difficult to argue that the Pelicans stud is up there with the best of them. However, even McCollum would likely admit that when it comes to shooting, there's really no one in the same league as Stephen Curry.
